OCMAFC Available Club Merchandise
Add items to the cart using the "Add to Cart" button. Repeat for each desired item. When done click on the "View Request" button. The next page will show the information to be sent.
To just ask a question or request a special order empty the shopping cart and press the "View Request" button and enter text into the provided box.
Be sure to enter your name and email address before pressing the "Submit" button on the order form page.
Merchandise requests will be sent to the Merchandise Coordinator for processing. In-stock items will be available at the next club meeting. Payment is due when merchandise is delivered.
